Profile: World leader in the design and manufacture of high quality bicycles and equipment.
The Work: Originally engaged to design and produce the UK subsidiaries’ printed materials – our work expanded into consumer and trade communication, and product presentation and awareness.
Opportunity: A yearly product launch presented the coming years products to the multi-franchise dealer network. Dealer principles were invited to view and discuss their purchasing plan with the sales team.
Action: Being multi-franchise dealers the principles were visiting 4 or 5 product presentations from competing distributors at the same time of year. We recognised that by imparting market knowledge, through a formal marketing presentation, as a backdrop to the product launch added validity to the new products design and enhanced the dealers knowledge. Direct orders placed at the event substantially increased.
