Jane Penton

Jane has an extensive background in Human Resources management and offers expertise in senior management coaching, people management, training design and delivery, talent management and change management. She has experience of working with small, venture capital companies through to multi-nationals such as Nortel Networks and Lucent Technologies.

Jane is fascinated by what can be achieved when limiting beliefs are brought to the surface and released, and takes enormous pleasure from witnessing the change and growth individuals experience from effective coaching. She has a naturally supportive coaching style, coupled with the ability to challenge and question as necessary.

Jane has a passion for working with individuals ranging from first time people managers through to CEO’s and providing them with the tools, insights and inspiration to become recognised by their people as great managers and leaders. She is also particularly effective and enjoys working with women returning to work after maternity or career break and with people facing the challenge of a new role.

Jane has a BSc in Managerial and Administrative Studies from Aston University, a MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University and a Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling from Birbeck University, London.
