Leaving industry in 2007 to focus on broadening his coaching and training skills Adam has spent the last 5 years working with organisations large and small, developing authentic models of leadership, identifying and exploring brand values and organisational culture, creating alignment between strategic and operational management and enabling sales people to achieve their full potential.
